THE LOCATION
SESTRIERE (2035m)
The Erasmus Snow Week takes place in Sestriere (TO).
You will live 4 days in the highest town in Italy at 2035 meters above sea level, in a country that is the protagonist of winter sports having hosted the Olympics in 2006!
An amazing Ski Area is waiting for you…
and you can also take part in other activities: games, heliskiing, ice skating, sled dogs, snowmobiles, walking and snowshoeing.
ERASMUS SNOW VILLAGE
TH RESORT ⭐⭐⭐⭐
You will stay in apartments (4 beds) with kitchen, tv, phone and a private parking if you need it.
Built to host the athletes of the 2006 Winter Olympics, the village is a very large structure with many common areas that will be full of music and Snow Weekers!
If you come alone, DON’T WORRY:
the Erasmus Snow Week staff will find you new friends to share your apartment.
TRANSPORT
THE ERASMUS BUS
If you want to begin your Erasmus Snow Week in the best way you can take the Erasmus Bus and meet many other Snow Weekers!
The Erasmus Bus is included in the Powder Lover Ticket price.
If you take another ticket, you can add the Erasmus Bus for Only 60 Euro from Milan or 55 Euro from Turin (roundtrip)!
BUS INFO
The bus will take you directly to the Erasmus Residence.
Departures:
– Milan (Piazzale Lotto 15, in front of the Lido): Thursday, 5th December, from 10:00 AM
– Turin: Thursday, 5th December, from 12:00 AM
Return trip from Sestriere to Milan:
Sunday, 8th December: from 5:00 PM
Monday, 9th December: from 5:00 PM (for those who selected the Extra Day)
For big groups coming from Bergamo, Brescia, Verona or Trento we can organize other buses on request.
IMPORTANT!
If you want to take the bus, book it before 15th November!
The requests made after that day could be not sufficient to guarantee another bus and another kind of transport can be organized (private-public and price to be defined)… It has never happened but this year we have more strict regulations.

NB: Every participant will have to pay a fee of € 20 at the arrival for administrative expenses, bills, final cleaning and Erasmus Snow Week Bracelet that guarantees discounts for: skipass, ski/snowboard rent and school, meal, drink.
NB: Bed linen and towels are not provided by the Erasmus Residence (but they are included in the Uappala Hotel). You can bring your own or rent them for 35€ (for the entire period of the staying per person).

SNOW WEEK Guarantee: 100% Refund
With the ERASMUS SNOW WEEK Guarantee, you can secure a full refund if the event is canceled due to official decrees that prevent its occurrence.
For an additional €15, you can add this guarantee to your booking. If the event is canceled, you will receive a 100% refund of the cost of the event.
Please note that the refund will not cover the €15 cost of the SNOW WEEK Guarantee itself or any cancellation insurance you might have purchased.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: 5% OF THE PACKAGE COST

I have never skied, can I come to the Erasmus Snow Week?
Of course you can!
There are a lot of activities you can do but, as it’s a Snow Trip, we suggest you to try skiing/riding taking lessons with a professional teacher.
You can BOOK your CLASS at the RECEPTION in the Residence.
Prices start from 12,50 € / hours:
– 1 person: € 42 / h
– 2 people: € 54 /h (€ 27 / person)
– 3 people: € 66 / h (€ 22 / person)
Group lessons – 3 days:
If you’re alone, you can still join a group class.
I am a Pro, will I find slopes for my level?
Short answer: yes!
All the slopes in Vialattea ski area are included in the Erasmus Snow Week packs (Smarter Pack, Powder Lover Pack).
It’s the biggest ski area in Italy with 400km and 249 slopes (depending on the weather, some could be closed).
Do I need a ESN Card to join the Erasmus Snow Week?
No, you don’t.
Erasmus Snow Week is an indipendent event so many students associations will join it.
These prices, though, are dedicated to international/exchange students or workers so we can ask your Identity Card.
Is food included in the packs?
Food is not included but with the Erasmus Snow Week bracelet you will have discounts in many bars and restaurants.
Also, every room in the Residence has a kitchen, so you can also buy at the supermarket and show your room mates your cooking skills!
At what time does the bus will leave?

In order to organize the trip in the best way, buses will not leave all together at the same time, so take this information as an indication.
- Buses on day December 5 will leave from Milan starting from 9.30am;
- Buses on day December 8 will leave from Sestriere starting from 5pm;
- Buses on day December 9 will leave from Sestriere starting from 5pm;
