THE LOCATION
Marilleva 1400
The Erasmus Snow Week takes place in the biggest ski area of Trentino: Campiglio – Dolomiti di Brenta (Dolomiti – World Unesco Heritage). The village is located in Marilleva.
A Ski Area of 150km is ready for you…
Nevermind if you are a begginner or a pro, you will find slopes for every level!
ERASMUS RESIDENCE
You will stay in apartments (4 beds) with kitchen, tv, phone, blankets and a private parking if you need it!
If you come alone, DON’T WORRY:
the Erasmus Snow Week staff will find you new friends to share your apartment.
TRANSPORT
THE ERASMUS BUS
If you want to begin your Erasmus Snow Week in the best way you can take the Erasmus Bus and meet many other Snow Weekers!
The Erasmus Bus is included in the Powder Lover Ticket price.
If you take another ticket, you can add the Erasmus Bus for Only 60 Euro (roundtrip)!
BUS INFO
The bus leaves from Milano MM Lambrate, Piazza Monte Titano (Bus Parking) and takes you to the Erasmus Residence:
– Friday 4th April – from 5pm
The return trip from Marilleva to Milano will be:
– Sunday 6th April afternoon – from 5pm
For big groups coming from Bergamo, Brescia, Verona or Trento we can organize other buses on request.
IMPORTANT!
If you want to take the bus, book it before 18th March!
The requests made after that day could be not sufficient to guarantee another bus and another kind of transport can be organized (private-public and price to be defined)… It has never happened but we need to advise you.

All the costs are PER PERSON, for ALL THE PERIOD of Erasmus Snow Week!
Every participant will have to pay a fee of € 20 at the arrival for administrative expenses, bills, final cleaning and Erasmus Snow Week Bracelet that guarantees discounts for: skipass, ski/snowboard rent and school, meal, drink.
You will have to give 30€/person as a deposit which will be returned if there are no damages or missing things in the rooms and in the common zones.
Tourist Tax (2€/day) is not included.

If you don’t have your Snow Clothes with you, don’t worry!
You can rent them with us during your booking.

SKI AREA TICKET (MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO + PINZOLO)
You want to discover more slopes in the Dolomites?
The Folgarida-Marilleva slopes are linked to Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo.
You can ski also in those zones if you add the Ski Area Ticket to your skipass!
The cost is only 40 Euro for 2 days!

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Book your Erasmus Snow Week and keep calm with cancellation insurance. If the trip is canceled for any reason, you will be refunded 100%.
Cost of the insurance is 15 Euro for all the packs.
Personal Cancellation INSURANCE
Are you cautious and prefer to be insured against any unforeseen events?
Add insurance to your SNOW WEEK package: you would be reimbursed in case you can no longer attend the event, for example, due to work or health reasons!
Read the information carefully and decide whether to add this insurance to your snow trip!
Cost is 5% of the final price of your trip.

Here is where we try to answer to all the questions you may have about the Erasmus Snow Week.
I have never skied, can I come to the Erasmus Snow Week?
Of course you can!
There are a lot of activities you can do but, as it’s a Snow Trip, we suggest you to try skiing/riding taking lessons with a professional teacher.
You can BOOK your CLASS at the RECEPTION in the Residence.
I am a Pro, will I find slopes for my level?
Short answer: yes!
All the slopes in Marilleva/Folgarida ski area are included in the Erasmus Snow Week packs (Smarter Pack, Powder Lover Pack) but if you feel that it’s not enough, you can also buy a supplement to ski in the Madonna di Campiglio area, linked and easilly reachable skiing/riding.
Do I need a ESN Card to join the Erasmus Snow Week?
No, you don’t.
Erasmus Snow Week is an indipendent event so many students associations will join it.
These prices, though, are dedicated to international/exchange students or workers so we can ask your Identity Card.
Is food included in the packs?
Food is not included but with the Erasmus Snow Week bracelet you will have discounts in many bars and restaurants.
Also, every room in the Residence has a kitchen, so you can also buy at the supermarket and show your room mates your cooking skills!
At what time does the bus will leave?
In order to organize the trip in the best way, buses will not leave all together at the same time, so take this information as an indication.
- Buses on day March 29 will leave from Milan starting from 5pm;
- Buses on day March 30 will leave from Milan starting from 10am;
- Buses on day April 1 will leave from Folgarida from 4.30pm;
You will get more specific indication by email depending on your bus and city of departure.
What is the deposit?
Every participant will ahve to give 30€ as a deposit in order to cover room and residence damages.
This deposit will be given back to you at the checkout after the room check made by the residence staff.
